Dili Sharma

Ms. Dili Sharma is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from KC Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Since November 2017, Ms. Sharma has been serving as the Head of Company Secretarial at Premier Investment Fund Limited, bringing with her a total of 14 years of experience in secretarial and compliance roles.

Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with listed companies and other regulated license holders, specializing in listing compliance, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations such as ICDR regulations, takeover codes, insider trading norms, NCD regulations, and buybacks. She has also overseen various complex group restructurings through mergers, demergers, and slump sales, and managed numerous corporate actions including buybacks, dividends, bonus issues, rights issues, and preferential allotments.

Ms. Sharma has extensive experience managing compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations applicable to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), as well as FEMA regulations relevant to offshore entities. She has played a key role in submitting best-in-class Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports in annual filings, and actively advises senior management on best corporate governance practices and compliance matters. Additionally, she has gained broad insights into the tax and accounting impacts of various corporate actions.
