Raj Koradia

Raj Koradia serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at Premier Investment Fund Limited. He is a highly regarded attorney and an expert in finance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) law, and e-commerce. With his expertise in finance and SEC regulations, Raj is a valuable asset to Premier, assisting the company in addressing all legal matters related to finance and securities.

Raj applies his legal expertise and knowledge of SEC law to ensure that all relevant disclosure documents are duly signed and that all employees fulfill their fiduciary duties.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from an American law school with honors. Raj’s educational background includes a degree in criminal justice and extensive international experience. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Puerto Rico, and he holds a strong passion for civil liberties and freedom, a conviction that was nurtured during his internship with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
